Behold the man, Glenn Beck!

(I would've said ecche homo but he'd probably think that was calling him teh ghey or something.)

For the last several months he's been fretting about the inevitable Stalinist dictatorship President Obama will be imposing any day now, and speculating on the need for a second (presumably violent) American Revolution to free us from this new tyrant (once he gets around to be tyrannical and all, y'know.)

Well, color me amazed, because Mr. Revolution has suddenly come over all concerned for Obama's safety... only it's the Left who's threatening the President now:

The most dangerous time in any regime, especially a radicalized regime, is when it is in collapse.

Watch the uber-Left. Pray that Obama moves to the center. If he does, pray that the Secret Service care for that man. That that man is never left alone. He has invited 9-11 Truthers into the White House and into his administration! If they believe that he's 'just another one of these guys,' he is in danger.

Ah. Well.

The way I see it, we've got two options for what's going on here.

1) Beck has finally realized just how noxious his side's been making the rhetoric lately, and fears that one of his compadres is going to do something - so he's floating this weird story of left-wing Obama assassins as a pre-emptive maneuver - "it's not our fault it's theirs". The same kind of B.S. that's labeled the Unabomber a "left-wing terrorist", when in fact he just used leftist rhetoric as a cover.

2) Beck has finally snapped, he's lost whatever grip on reality he once had, and we are witnessing the descent, on nationwide media, of a man into outright paranoid insanity.

I know which I'm voting for.
